About You
What do I need to bring to a workshop?
Just yourself - and your appetite! Everything else is provided.
What should I wear to a workshop?
Please dress casually and comfortably. I will provide you with an apron to wear during the workshop should you chose to wear it. Also please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
Do I need to speak English?
At this stage, all workshops will be conducted in English. While cooking is very visual and can be followed by watching and hands-on experiencing, without a basic understanding of English you could miss out on all of the helpful kitchen tips and secrets shared throughout the workshop.
What cooking skills do I need to have to attend a workshop?
Your prior cooking experience or skill level don't matter. I'm here to help! The purpose of each workshop is to inspire you to be comfortable in the kitchen by showing you simple and creative dinner solutions. Each workshop is complete with lessons, recipe ideas, guidance and inspiration for all levels. So, whether you are a beginner looking to overcome a fear of cooking or an experienced home cook looking for new ideas and inspiration - there’s something in every workshop for you!
What if I have allergies?
The Knead Good Food kitchen is not nut, egg, dairy or gluten-free — if you have a severe allergy to something, please don’t take the risk. If you do have a specific allergy or dietary restriction, please feel free to contact me at or +41 76 295 3529. Additionally, during each workshop I will also be more than willing to offer you advice on swapping ingredients or making substitutions for when you are cooking at home.
How old do I have to be to attend a workshop?
You must be at least 16 years of age to attend a workshop.
About the Workshop
What is the format of the workshop?
My belief is that the best way to learn is through hands-on experience. Under my guidance, we will prepare three simple, healthy and delicious meals together over the course of three hours. After the preparation of each meal, we will sample it together to discuss how you can recreate it once you return home.
How many participants are in each workshop?
In order for each person to receive personal guidance, support and inspiration, the maximum group size for each workshop is four people.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel registration for a workshop, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for further information. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a workshop, you will be notified directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund of your payment.
After the Workshop
How will I remember what I have learned after the workshop?
At the beginning of the workshop you will be presented with a notebook as well as easy-to-follow recipes cards with a breakdown of the ingredients and instructions for the three dishes we will prepare for the evening. There will be space for you to write notes throughout the evening.
